Project Manager (Product Development)

As Project Manager you will be in charge of overseeing and spearheading the efforts in introducing new products and services to the market. You will report to the Head of Engineering and will work closely with the Product Marketing Director, Design Director, Engineering and Manufacturing. Responsibilities include setting objectives, performing research and analysis to establish marketing plans, coordinating with different teams in finding and developing marketing opportunities, managing timelines and budgets, supervising promotional procedures, and conducting inspections to ensure the quality and readiness of products and services for launch. Typically, the Project Manager will be engaged in 2-4 projects at any given time. This is a vital role that ensures timely launches and enables informed decision making by senior leadership.

Manufacturing Engineer

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will work directly with the Director of Manufacturing Technology, and with other operational departments, to identify and implement continuous improvement projects to maintain high levels of manufacturing product quality, reduce costs, and improve overall manufacturing efficiency. You will be based in our Port Orchard, WA manufacturing facility. You’ll have a direct hand in accomplishing our #1 goal – a successful project in every way.

Metal worker

As a Metal Worker, you will work under the direction of the Metal Fabrication Lead and directly with the Production Team processing steel and other materials using sand blaster, saws, rolling equipment, grinders and other metal processing equipment. Operator will also use electrical and manual pallet jacks and will be involved in processing materials for custom products from drawings/blueprints. You’ll be based in our Port Orchard, WA manufacturing facility. You’ll have a direct hand in accomplishing our #1 goal – a successful project in every way.
