Estimator

As an Estimator, you’ll work with the Head of Sales and other Team Leads to support the Sales team, in reviewing and quantifying landscape construction plans. You’ll use Salesforce and other electronic tools to identify and quantify construction plans, and will communicate directly with contractors, landscape architects and designers. You’ll be generating quotes on range of projects and products, including planters, site furnishings and fountains. You’ll be based in one of our manufacturing locations (Union City, CA, El Paso, TX or Port Orchard, WA) and will be required to travel occasionally to other facilities. You will have a direct hand in accomplishing our #1 goal – a successful project in every way.

Landscape Construction Project Advisor

The Project Advisor is the contractor-facing representative of the Sales team. You’ll be working on projects with primarily landscape contractors and some general contractors. The daily routine will consist of supporting our contactors, providing timely responses, helping our clients budget, plan and prepare for their projects. You’ll be reading plans and providing advice, guidance and suggestions based on your experience for successful projects. You will work to ensure our customers are delighted with their experience in working with Tournesol to create a successful outcome for project. You’ll also be responsible for initially qualifying and evaluating custom projects, prior to sending them to the Sales team.

Customer Success Coordinator

As a Customer Success Coordinator, you’ll support the sales team and customers in a designated territory. You’ll provide coordination between clients, production, accounting, and sales teams through the timely exchange of information and resolution of requests, via telephone, email, CRM programs, and mail. You’ll work directly with clients, including landscape architects and designers, general contractors, and our national distributor network. You’ll be based in one of our manufacturing locations (Union City, CA or Port Orchard, WA) and you’ll be required to travel occasionally to our other facilities. You’ll have a direct hand in accomplishing our #1 goal – a successful project in every way.
