On-structure planters can pose difficult design problems, and if not done right, real long-term costs to the owner. Planter Technology has specialized in finding creative solutions for unique planter design challenges for over 20 years.
Our expertise in container irrigation and plastic fabrication comes from designing solutions for thousands of planters, in applications both small and large. We can provide you with typical planter liner installation details, and help resolve "design challenges" before they become long-term problems for the owner.
Tournesol Siteworks offers the widest range of solutions for planter liner applications. By using a variety of manufacturing processes, we can fit a solution precisely to your application and budget. With over 150 standard liner sizes, small-volume custom capabilities, and extensive design support, we have the answers even before you've thought of the questions.
We’ve been meeting challenges lining planters for over 30 years. With projects ranging from the High Line project in NYC to massive parking structures to cast-in-place rooftop planters to lining modular freestanding pots, we’ve seen it before. We also fabricate liners for garbage cans, millwork planters, and more. Standard Liners are fabricated using open-mold fiberglass casting process, which allows a range of sizes up to 72”L, 33”W and 17” deep; the material appears smooth on the inside, and rough on the outside. These liners are resistant to chemicals, root intrusion, shovels and physical abuse. With over 100 standard sizes and the ability to custom trim flange sizes to your application, these are a great solution for simple applications.
